These terms and conditions (“Terms”) specify how to use our TTS service, whether you use it through our website, application, or other approved platforms. These terms, which regulate your relationship with us, are accepted in exchange for using our TTS service. It’s critical to read and comprehend these terms before using the service. Please don’t use our TTS service if you disagree with these terms.

Agreement to terms

Please take note that you and textospeech.net have entered into a binding contract with these terms and conditions. Using our TTS services signifies your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Do not click “Create an Account” or use any of our services in any other way if you do not agree to these terms of service and conditions. You may cancel this user agreement at any time by deactivating your account and ceasing all access to or use of our services. 

Use of Personal Information

The personal data we gather serves to deliver and enhance the TTS service, as well as for customer service, communication, and a customized user experience. We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Information Collection

When you register for or use the TTS service, we may ask for your data, including your name, email address, and other pertinent information. 

Refund Policy

We constantly work to deliver high-quality TTS services that live up to your standards.  However, there might be instances where you need a refund for the TTS service that you purchased. In this situation, you have 60 days to ask for a refund. Please read our refund policy for more information.

User Eligibility

Use of the service requires that you be at least 18 years old. You certify that you are at least 18 years old if you accept these terms. Additionally, you have never had your account suspended or removed from the services, and you have abided by all rules and laws when registering for and using the services.

We at textospeech.net are serious about protecting the security and privacy of your personal information. When you use our text-to-speech (TTS) service, we are committed to protecting your data. You understand and agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by using our TTS service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, textospeech.net, including its affiliates, will not be liable in connection with this user agreement for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; lost profits or business opportunities; reputational harm; loss of data or third-party policies; or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. We will only be liable for incidental or consequential losses to the extent permitted by applicable law in any province, state, or other jurisdiction where such exclusion or limitation is not allowed. 

Termination

If you violate these terms in any way, you will immediately lose access to the service. Additionally, Textospeech.net has the right to suspend or terminate your use of the service without incurring any liability to you. If Textospeech or your access to it ends, your debts or liabilities accrued until that point are still your responsibility.

Copyright Policy

Textospeech.net has established procedures for receiving written notification of alleged violations of the Copyright Act. Additionally, we have designated a person to receive notifications of alleged copyright violations. You may submit a written communication if you genuinely believe your copyright has been violated.
